Refund policy

At MoCo, all sales are final—no returns or refunds—unless there is an unforeseen issue. We stand behind the quality of our products and preorders are produced in bulk once ordered. Exceptions are:

Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping services, we are not responsible for damages. But still reach out within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. -
Order Errors
If we send the wrong item, size or if your item arrives defective due to manufacturing, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll correct the error—either by sending the right item or issuing store credit/refund.
