By placing an order with MoCo, you agree to these Terms:

1. Preorder & Production

   • Products are made in bulk once preorder closes. Estimated ship date will be specified on each product page.

   • We reserve the right to adjust ship dates due to manufacturing or shipping delays.

2. Payment & Pricing

   • Full payment is due at checkout. Pricing is as listed, exclusive of taxes & shipping.

   • We may revise pricing for future collections, but not for orders already placed.

3. Order Cancellation

   • Because production begins immediately, orders cannot be canceled or modified after checkout.

4. Intellectual Property

   • All MoCo logos, designs, and content are our property. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

5. Liability Limitation

   • MoCo’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

   • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA.
